The VS Commodore introduced mechanical upgrades over the previous VR model that helped improve the refinement, power & efficiency of its engines. Slight changes to the outside included redesigned logos & wheel trims. Although changes were minimal, it helped maintain sales before being replaced by the completely new model VT.
