The Australian assembled 1964 ‘Compact’ Fairlane designated as the ZD were distinguished by the lack of tail fins and a new grill. The luxury cruiser offered two different Windsor’ V8’s with Ford’s smooth automatic. It was the last of the popular ‘Compact’ series of US Fairlanes.
