How will the new web page affect you?
– It is business as usual. There are no changes when placing a pre-order when the new catalogue is released.
– Order online 24/7 via the Top Gear website www.topgear.com.au
– Phone the office on 02 9714 1000 (or overseas +61 2 9714 1000), 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
– Mail the order form with your order details (Money order, Cheque or other payment method) to PO Box 139, Wentworthville, NSW 2145.
– Other than required deposits for our made to order Select Series models, we do not charge our customers until the model has arrived at our warehouse and is ready for dispatch.
– If you miss the pre order window, your order will be redirected to our new website www.urtradinginternational.com for processing, where a postage and handling fee will be charged.
– The benefit to you by placing a pre-order, you will not be charged a postage & handling fee for orders within Australia.
In stock items (including existing stock and new arrival):
– If you order after the new catalogue stock is available, go to new website www.urtradinginternational.com for ordering.
– When ordering through our new website www.urtradinginternational.com payments by Credit Card & Paypal will be accepted.
– Phone and Mail orders paid by Cheque or money order will still be accepted once the new website becomes active (See above for contact details).
– Due to increasing charges from the many postal services we use, we can no longer absorb this fee into the price of the model. All orders for in stock items (newly arrived and existing stock) will incur a postage and handling fee.
